Sub-processors
These are the third-party services EvTrack uses to run its cloud service that process personal data on EvTrack’s behalf. Some are used only when a customer switches on the feature that needs them.

Services the customer chooses to connect
Customers can connect EvTrack to their own services, such as their email server or Microsoft 365, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Teams, webhooks, or an access control system. Personal data sent to a service the customer chooses to connect is processed under the customer’s own agreement with that provider. These providers are not EvTrack’s sub-processors.
Transfers outside the customer’s region
Some of the services above may process data outside the customer’s hosting region. The legal basis for these transfers under POPIA and the GDPR is to be confirmed.
